Remove the side panel (key number 21) the dust cover (key number 23) guide holder (key number 29).

Use a 19MM or a 3/4 inch deep socket with a long extension and ratchet. This will keep your hand out of the way.
Now rotate the arbor counter clockwise and deflect the top edge of the belt downwards onto the arbor to catch the grooves.
Continue to work the belt around and checking at the motor shaft.
Once the belt is in place work it down by deflecting the top edge of the belt.

If you remove the old bearing, there will be a part number on it. Take that part number to your local bearing store for a replacement.

Using Sears parts direct, i could not find one part you listed. I suspect you have ruled out replacing the motor and finding the same table saw often for free on Craigslist.I see ereplacement parts has little inventory.ebay has brushes. Any brush for 137 series should fit.hope this helps some.
