Y Logitech keyboard K120 theletters are skipping

Sounds like you need to clean it. If you take a straw and hold the other end next to the keys that are sticking, blow a steady air under the keys, this may fix your problem, though you will have to do a good cleaning eventually. GOOD LUCK. Believe me, Iv'e been where you are, and I know it's aggravating.

Cannot get apostrophes or question marks

I just figured this out. Hold down your left shift key, then press CTRL. It may take a couple of times for it to work, but it will eventually.

Cannot change the function on my keyboard back to a question mark

If you're on Windows then try pressing CTRL+SHIFT keys together (sometimes ALT+SHIFT, see which combination works for you) until your keyboard layout indicator in your system's notification area (bottom right part of your screen, just left of system clock) shows the keyboard layout code that you're used to, in your case "EN". You can cycle through all the installed keyboard layouts using this same key combination.

Spacebar on keyboard makes my computer go to sleep mode

Sounds like your keyboard is sending the wrong signal (the one telling your PC to enter sleep mode) to your motherboard when you press space key, which (if true) would indicate it's faulty. It could also be you've contracted a virus and is playing a particularly nasty practical joke on you (let's hope that's all it does). Try connecting another keyboard to your PC and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then you'll need to clean your computer of any viruses. Try also disconnecting your mouse and see if that changes anything. If your keyboard comes with a shortcut utility software for it, run it and check there's no shortcut set on your keyboard's space bar. You've additionally specified you're not using wireless keyboard, but could you also please write what OS you're on?
