To disable the alarm function on your Taylor weather station type WEC-1502, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the "ALARM" button on the top of the unit until the alarm icon disappears from the display.
2. Release the "ALARM" button.
3. Press the "MODE" button on the top of the unit until the display shows the "CLOCK" mode.

The HH indicates that the outside relative humidity is above 95%; that is a limit of the sensor's detection/accuracy range. You could try moving your we 1502 sensor to a dryer area where it isn't exposed to rain/other falling water or wait until things dry out. I hope this helps. The Clock display is located at the top of the base unit's LCD screen. The clock has alarm and snooze functions. A) Clock Setting 1. You probably need a new battery in you outdoor sensor.

In vigorously boiling water, it should read 212 (at sea level) or a little less, depending on your elevation - lid on or not. Maybe the water wasn't boiling fast when you got the 200 reading. Make sure the probe tip is not touching the pot sides or bottom.
