just remove the speaker wire from computer and check some other speakers with it like headphones if sound is there or not???if yes then might be problem with your speakers if not then you have to update your sound drivers...for that you can use softwares like driver genius it is really a good software...

The problem isn't at your speakers. You have activated the "echo effect" from the mixer - effects section. I don't know your sound card so I'll try to guide you in general steps.
At the right side of your taskbar locate the icon for sound settings. Double click on it and go to effects tab. At this tab select nome and hit apply. Check the results.

Hi there bud...Try make sure you have the drivers installed for your Sound Card or motherboard...These should of come with the Sound card or Motherboard on a disk...Just run setup and install...if thats that the case here...what i suggest is try it on any other Pc that you know speakers have worked on...and if it does the same , then it could be that the speakers are faulty..

Connect headphones to see if you're getting sound from the unit your connected to. If you get sound then the amp fuse might have blown out or IC is gone bad on the unit. If this is a laptop or desktop reboot the system and see if sound returns. Try updating your sound drivers for your PC.

you can try and plug the speaker set into an old walkman or ipod headphone jack if you have it and see if they work, if they dont work with any other input they are defective so take them back.
