Hi ,
All you need to do is google your web cam model number and it should come up with your driver you need ,,,,,,,,,,if this does not work contact me again , ill do it for you ........Roy
My daughter has given me her old creative zen mp3
have you tried it on another computer or laptop as this can be because of the mp3 being that bit out of date might need updating in the mp3 system, another way is when you open the properties of disk you can change the way it opens which might run off windows 98 you can sometimes change this as disk was fomated in 2005 or the old xp edition
so put disk in and then when it shows in my computer D: right click, open tab to properties down the bottom open, then it will show 6 tabs at top of page click onto compatibility and the first box tick that and it will let you change what the disk runs in or program runs in check on disk as it will tell you and when you do apply and then ok.this will start device or for you to install this on mp3.
hope this helps.
if connecting the device open my computer and see it there to right click and open properties to then go through compatibility.

Hi i lost sound on everythink but windows meadia
Since Media Player is working, you are in pretty good shape....
Double click the speaker icon on the bottom right and you should get your Creative Mixer. If it does not pop up, find it in the control panel and open it.
If any MUTE boxes are checked, uncheck them. Adjust the volume sliders up for each device you want to be able to hear (example: CD player) and you will be good to go!
Unless you are actually using the microphone input, it is good practice to leave it muted.
