hi aulakh....
to find Creative Labs drivers (they are free), go to this page: http://support.creative.com/ and in
the upper right hand corner, choose your region of the world...on the
next page, choose your country and language. This is important as some
models are only sold in certain countries, so be sure to select
the country where you bought the cam.
once you are in the
support page, click on the cams section and see if your cam appears on
that page.... if not, and you need help to figure out what exactly to
look for on the site (there is quite a lot) use the link to help you
'identify your cam' in the upper right corner above the photos of all
the cams.
after that, use the link at the bottom to find your cam
in the lists provided on the next page.... once you select something
from the list, you have to click the 'next' button at the bottom....
that should take you to the page where you can download your driver, and
possibly other software and a manual if you need those things too.
be
sure you select the driver for your operating system, and keep in mind
that some older cams don't work on newer systems, like vista.
let me know if you need more help on this :)

Change of operating system
That particular webcam has been retired from Creative Labs for some time now. I checked the manufacturer site as well as driver guide in hopes of someone creating a Windows Vista driver. Unfortunately there was nothing available.
The biggest problem with Creative Labs is they have Horrible Horrible driver support. I remember the nightmare of getting the drivers for my Audigy Sound Card replaced.
If you want to try to get it working follow these steps, in this order:
1) Plug in the cam and see if Vista will autodetect it and set it up.
2) Try using the Windows 98 drivers (probably won't work but you can try, stranger things have happened)
3) If one of those 2 steps allowed the cam to work, just find yourself some webcam software. (2 Free ones off the top of my head are Fwink and Yawcam)
If neither of those options work, you'll have to go and replace your webcam. I would recommend staying away from Creative Labs. I've got a great Logitech Cam (Mine does HD Quality) that I purchased for about $80. It's called the Logitech Quickcam 9000. It does a beautiful job and it comes with everything you need to get started. There are cheaper models available that will work equally as well with Vista. Check your local computer store.
Is it working with MAC
Creative labs does not provide a driver for mac for this webcam. So it will not work for a mac.
