When you get to the next window, there is the download for your camera.

Next, before installing the software, DISCONNECT the camera from the USB port and install the CD Software program or the Downloaded program.

When the program asks you to connect the camera to the USB port, THEN DO SO.

Then to use it on the Web, do this.

Web Camera's have to be setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera on your computer does not set it up
to broadcast on messengers or Skype.

Scroll down till you find the link driver. click on it. Agree to the licence agreement. Download and Install.

By default it should work. But in case you face any problem, you could download the latest driver from the Creative website.

After you get your camera installed properly, DO NOT unplug it from the USB port as it will
cause the drivers to be corrupt and render the camera unusable till reinstalled it properly.

Find the product name and manufacturer and type it into a search engine, such as google, followed by the word 'drivers'
As an example; "Logitech Quickcam Chat Drivers".
As an alternative, seach for just the manufacturer's website, and scour their website for the drivers.

have you tried searching your camera's manufacturer on the net ? maybe they have a download driver for your camera :)
