This happens to me all of the time now when I charge my axim on the cradle. I press reset and power on button at the same time and the cancel when it asks if I want to delete memory. You'll have to reset the time then.

The only thing I can think of is that the screen might be bad. Has it been hit or dropped? Are you SURE you haven't thrown it against the wall? :P Just kidding, but seriously, my dad's old Palm had a similar problem where if you tried to calibrate the screen, it would loop, and it was because the screen was old and wasn't performing correctly. Although you were pressing it in the right place, the screen wasn't reporting the locations properly, causing the thing to loop to try and get correct readings from the screen.

It sounds like some moisture got into your 50V. In the battery compartment you should see a little moisture indicating square piece. If it is dark, you have gotten the 50v wet. Allow it to dry out for a day or two. You may have to open up the case to see if damage occurred. When moisture gets in a powered circuit, a form of electroplating occurs. Metal from one circuit trace moves to another. This is why you may have not been able to turn it off.

Does it say which two programs it cannot load?

Take out battery, put cover back on. Plug to cradle and turn on. Then do soft reset while on the cradle working. After, turn off , remove from cradle and install battery. Turn on with battery only.

First, restart your pda by using your stylus and pressing the pin-hole sized button on the back of the PDA. There are sometimes a couple of different reasons why the pda wont recognize the network. Main Reason: Make sure you are at the home screen... Tap the wifi icon on the lower right corner of the pda. T hen make sure that the WLAN power is turned ON. Press the setting button. If you see your network in the list, tap on it. It should bring up a network configuration window. Make sure it says it connect to "The Internet". Then tap on the "Network Key" tab at the bottom of window. If you have no security settings on your belkin router, make sure Authentication is set to Open and Data Encryption is set to "Disabled". Then press "OK". That should Be it!!!! Let me know if this way doesnt work, or if something doesnt make sence!

My power button was also blinking orange/green/orange/green. I pulled the battery and put it in the back of the cradel. It still blinked there too, orange/green. So I bought a battery. Does this sound like your issue?

There is another browser out, I think it is called ftxPBrowser. It does tabbed browsing and you can save images. hope that will work.

Windows mobile does come wth a task manager it's in the settings window under system > memory > running programs. However, this is not a process manager, but Airscanner mobile antivirus pro comes with a good process manager built in as well as a good lot of other stuff as well. Did you try a soft reset of the device to get rid of it? You should be ok running any software designed for the ARM processor.
