Connect Panasonic DVD/VCR Player/Recorder to Samsung Smart TV

Florence, this would normally be done with a HDMI cable. The TV should have 2 or 3 such inputs. Use a good quality cable.

OH. I have a DVD player/VCR Recorder. I have Cable TV. How do I connect DVD player/VCR recorder to Samsung Smart TV?

Unless your DVD/VCR is Upconverted to use HDMI, then you would use either the RED/GREEN/BLUE + Red /White leads to your TV and then use the TV remote to select whichever your TV names that input. If it is Upconverted, then simply plug the HDMI cable into a spare HDMI input.

snow is an indication of signal failure either from the station or an antenna connection problem if it all channels then I would be looking at the cable connection at the cable box or outside antenna connections

Palsonic problems

Most remote problems are caused by the batteries dying. I suspect that in your case the remote is fine and device you zap with it has the problem. Some VCRs use a chip that has memory circuit, which is powered by a small capacitor called a memory retention capacitor. When these fail, the power to store the details of the channels is lost. I can put a picture of one of these capacitors up, you then just have to try and find it in the device! 822a526f-fad4-4fbc-a841-81a22c626703.jpg

How can I show my DVD-R(Memorex) on my televison?

I assume you mean that your current DVD player won't play this DVD? There are 3 reasons that it won't play. One that the disc is faulty and therefore won't play on any machine. Two that the disc has a scratch or has marks on it. You can look at ways to clean the disc on-line!3 That it was not finalised on the machine that it was recorded on. If you current player is a + machine it won't play the disc if it is unfinalised. You will need to use the old machine to finalise the disc or another "-" disc recorder to do it - if it will accept the disc! Otherwise if the old DVD recorder is no longer with you, then your only hope to save the disc is to find another model of your old recorder to do it on. If it was a common model someone might let you finalise the disc!

Panasonic hds700tds playing audio no videos

  1. Check the Input Source: Make sure you have selected the correct input source on your TV for the device you are using. Use the remote control to cycle through the input options until you find the one connected to your video source.
  2. Check Video Connections: Ensure that all video cables (such as HDMI, component, or composite cables) are securely connected between your TV and the device you are trying to watch content from. A loose or faulty cable connection could result in a loss of video signal.
  3. Restart the TV and Video Source: Try restarting both your TV and the device you are trying to watch content from. Power off both devices, wait a few moments, and then power them back on. This can sometimes resolve temporary glitches or issues with the video signal.
  4. Check for Software Updates: Make sure your TV's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes software updates can resolve compatibility issues or bugs that may be affecting video playback. Check the settings menu on your TV for an option to update the firmware, or visit the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to do so.
  5. Reset Video Settings: If you've made any changes to your TV's video settings, such as resolution or picture mode, try resetting them to their default values. This can sometimes resolve issues with video playback.
  6. Try a Different Device: If possible, try connecting a different device (such as a DVD player or gaming console) to your TV to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the problem lies with the TV itself or with the original device you were using.
  7. Contact Panasonic Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible there may be a hardware problem with your TV. In this case, you may need to contact Panasonic customer support for further assistance or to schedule a repair.

I have a Panasonic 50-in flat screen TV a storm came by and knocked out my TV and my Yukon no breaker was off so did it come through the antenna please help

  1. Check the Power Cord: Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the TV and the power outlet. Make sure there are no visible signs of damage to the power cord or the plug.
  2. Inspect the Power Outlet: Try plugging another electronic device (such as a lamp or a phone charger) into the same outlet to verify if it is functioning properly. If other devices work fine, then the issue is likely not with the power outlet.
  3. Check for Tripped Circuit Breakers: Check your circuit breaker or fuse box to see if a circuit breaker has been tripped or a fuse blown. If so, reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse and try plugging in your TV again.
  4. Test with Different Power Source: If possible, try plugging your TV into a different power source altogether, such as a different room or building. This will help determine if the issue is specific to the power source you were previously using.
  5. Contact Panasonic Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue and your TV still does not power on, it's likely that there is a hardware problem with the TV itself. In this case, you may need to contact Panasonic customer support for further assistance or to arrange for repairs. Be sure to provide them with details of the troubleshooting steps you've already taken.
Hope this helps

I'm about to lose my mind trying to find the + on a Panasonic remote! Can anyone tell me how to find it? The + is part of my router code to connect my tv to the internet.

Unfortunately there isn't one. The workaround is to change the Router Password or SSID to remove the plus + for something else.

How do I get my Panasonic television out of self check mode if I don't have the remote?

Question edited for clarity, it is probably a Viera not a Viesta. You can try a power cycle reset. Remove the power plug overnight, press and hold the On button for 60 seconds. Plug back in.
