Check in BIOS (Setup F2), the disk is enabled. You may also check the cables (data and power), are connected properly.
Sound drivers
You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site,
the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,
better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the
bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag
label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,
the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the
specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select
the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this

MY DELL PC HAVE SOUND
Hi antonykionyo
DELL OPTIPLEX GX60 DESKTOP PC AUDIO/SOUND DRIVER You don't
say which Operating System you use, so my answer will be presented in general,
Windows terms. If yours is a non-Windows Operating System, consider applying
the logic and principles involved here to your own Operating System and, if in
doubt, please feel free to add a Comment or Clarification to this Question, including information about your Operating System.
Check
the status of the Audio Device and the Audio Driver in Device Manager.
Start >
(My) Computer > (System Properties) View System Settings > Device Manager
This will
tell you if the Audio/Sound Device is installed and functioning properly and if
the Audio/Sound Driver is installed properly. If a red 'x' or a yellow question
or exclamation mark appears next to the Audio/Sound Device, then there is
probably a settings anomaly, fault, error or conflict with the Audio Device
and/or its Driver.
AUDIO DEVICE SETTINGS
For your
Audio/Sound Device to function properly, it must be set as the Default Device:
Start >
Control Panel > (Hardware and Sound) Sounds Speech and Audio Devices >
Sounds and Audio Devices > (Manage Audio Devices) Audio > click on the
Drop Down Menu to the right of "Sound Playback - Default Device"
(preferred Default Playback Device) > select "ADI 198x Integrated Audio" > Apply > OK > Restart computer.
AUDIO/SOUND DRIVER PROBLEMS
Re-install
the correct Audio/Sound Driver that relates to both the Audio/Sound Device
(ADI 198x Integrated Audio) and your Operating System, then restart the computer.
Install the Audio/Sound Driver either from the Dell Drivers and
Utilities CD or from the official Dell support website here:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R71579&SystemID=PLX_PNT_CEL_GX60&servicetag=&os=WW1&osl=en&deviceid=2430&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=3&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=0&libid=3&typeid=-1&dateid=-1&formatid=-1&source=-1&fileid=92933
If your
Operating System is not the original Windows 2000 or Windows XP for which this PC was
designed, then it is highly probable that no Audio/Sound Driver exists for that
Operating System.
If you are
committed to both this PC and an unsupported Operating System but all the
other Devices and their Drivers are functioning normally except the Audio
Device or you are using Win 2000 or Win XP but the Audio/Sound Problem remains unsolvable
(faulty Audio/Sound Chip), then consider buying and installing either an internal 5.1, 7.1 or 8.1 PCI Sound Card or an external USB
Sound Card that is pre-confirmed as being compatible with your Operating
System. They can all be inexpensive. See examples here:

I hope this helps.

Thanks for using FixYa.
How can i install my dell gx60 to factory setting
Dell computers will have a recovery disc set or recovery partition. If when booting the computer you see a option for (the F# key will vary) F11 Recovery, press that and follow the prompts for a "Destructive Restore" Otherwise you would need to insert the first recovery disc and follow the instructions on your screen. Sometimes the manufacturer doesn't include the discs and there will be a program on your computer to create a set or you can order a set from Dell.
Slow Internet Browsing
sir better to contact your ISP provider or internet provider about this. Sometimes heavily load on their connection will slow the speed of the internet. i experienced that myself.

CHARCOIS
At at start up it says keyboard failur
Turn the computer off. Unplug the keyboard then put it back in snuggly. If your keyboard is the Serial type (the end that goes into the computer's Purple Port is Round) then it is not plug and play. By that it means you cannot plug or unplug the keyboard while the computer is on or it will lose connection. If your keyboard is the usb type (flat end goes into one of the computer's usb ports) then it is plug and play and you don't have to have the computer turned off to plug or unplug it.You can always try another keyboard if the issue is still there.
I tray to changing 3 new keyboards but still reads the problem. What's your problem?
OK what type of keyboard are you using Serial or USB? A serial type
keyboard has a round end that plugs into the computer's PURPLE port (the
Green Port is for the mouse).
A USB type keyboard has a flat end that plugs into one of the computer's usb ports.
If you are using a Serial (Round end) type keyboard, it is not Plug and
Play (meaning you cannot unplug it or plug it in while the computer is
running or it will not be recognized). You can only plug or unplug the
serial keyboard when the computer is off. If you turn the computer off
and plug it in good then reboot and you still have a problem then since
you have tried 3 different keyboards, maybe the Purple Serial Port
where the keyboard plugs into the computer is bad. Try a USB Type
Keyboard.
A USB (Flat end) keyboard is Plug and Play. You can unplug and plug it
while the computer is on. Also you have the luxury of plugging it into
any one of the computer's usb ports.
