No beeps but lights A B are orange

....and lights C, D are green, and your computer fails to boot up ? (you do not say) (on Dell PCs, which I don't have, the LEDs are usually described as yellow and green. There are four of them on rear of the PC ?). First go to this webpage: Product Support if you are able run the Dell Diagnostics, or if not the ePSA. Also read this manual - the only one available specifically for Dimension 4100 - http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_dimension_desktops/dimension-4100_Service%20Manual_en-us.pdf especially the section on safety. If you have to open the case remember to properly earth yourself. To the answer to your question, if the 4600 model has the same codes as the 4100 see the service manual for the Dimension 4600 (or get the corresponding manual for the 4100 by contacting Dell support) look here http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/esuprt_dimension_desktops/dimension-4600_service%20manual_en-us.pdf in the Advanced troubleshooting section. It tells you the problem may be with your memory module(s) and it suggests what to try. I favour checking to see if you get correct errors with no memory inserted then with each module in each slot until all 4 combinations have been exhausted. This likely to tell you what is wrong. You may have to replace a memory module, or work with only one module or replace the motherboard. 23.June.2015

SOUND CARD REPLACMENT

On a desktop it's easy to replace the sound card. Remove the power cord, open the case then purchase a PCI Sound card that will fit into one of the PCI Slots. You present sound card might be what is called an on board sound card (which is built into the motherboard). You won't touch the onboard sound card, you will simply add a pci sound card.

Help me to connect 2 dell computers with cables

The easiest method of connecting any computers is to use a router which will also provide a DHCP server component to serve up local TCPIP addresses to each connected computer. To connect to the router you would need standard ethernet cables which are available widely and which would plug into the network port of the computer and the other end into the port on the router. You need one cable for each computer to router connection. If you have computers with WiFi / wireless capability, then you would need a wireless router and could then connect without the need for cables.Take a look at the Practically Networked web site which has revies of various types of routers and also provides tutorials on networking and other related subjects which would help you.

When i turn on my computer it gives me a black

what was the last chage you did to the PC? Did you install any new hardware, specifically USB device?
- I would check the memory on this computer. Remove the memory from the slot and fix it back in and try.
- Are you able to access the bios settings? Since you are unable to boot, I would also check the harddisk to see if that is functioning properly.

I RECEIVED A DISK WITH WEDDING PICTURES FROM MY

If you load the CD and copy the files to a folder on your hard drive, say "Wedding pictures" for instance. If you then double click on a file within the folder when it has been copied, if you use Windows as your OS. it should automatically show the pictures within a programme called "Windows Media Player"
You should then be able to find your way around the files or pictures. Pictures on computers are in fact just files in jpg or tiff etc.
Hope this helps.

The monitor screen goes dark, then comes back with

could be with the monitor or video card/controller. first thing is to test another monitor if available and use a working video cable. if same thing happens, test if it is stable in safe mode. Restart the computer and press F8, then select Safe Mode. If display is stable in safe mode, it would be a video controller. Uninstall the existing driver, then download the latest one for your system through Dell support site.
