Oven door opens by itself during cooking
could be the peg that engages into a double roller set inside the door. this peg is usually adjustable. try screwing it out a bit. also check that the spring tensioned roller is ok - these commonly fail

probably the fan jammed with crud but could be a faulty fan motor. remove the back panel inside the oven and the fan is exposed. try giving it a flick to see if it rotates freely. if no joy then the fan motor needs replacing. faily cheap part and not too hard to fit

Belling Format cooling fan
i assume you mean the casing fan and not the fan inside the oven.
this is controlled by a fan stat which is inside the casing. cheap part and easy to fit. iv forgotten the exact location but remember it located at the top

You would need a 6mm twin and earth cable about 2 mtrs in length connections need to be made following the manufactures instructions. only attempt if you deem yourself competent. I guess if you need to ask the question perhaps you should get an electrician.

Install a new ststem cooling fan
as i recall, the fan is at the back just under the hob and is removable without removing the hobtop - just held in by 3-4 screws.
if i'm wrong and hobtop has to be raised, this is quite easy. take off the side panels and you will see 2 screws each side holding the hobtop on. don't confuse them with the screws which hold the plate retaining bracket in place but it is all quite obvious.
as a thought, are you sure the fan is faulty? the fact it is not operating doesn't mean it is faulty. the fan is turned on by a fan stat which may also be faulty.
