Getting drive controller errors on dell optiplex 330 dt

First, check you hard drive as follows: *Download Seatools For DOS (free) from my link; in the site screen, click "DOWNLOADS" tab, then "Seatools For DOS". Burn it to a CD. Reboot with it in your drive. In the screen that appears, first check that SMART has (or has not) been tripped. If it has been tripped, your drive is failing. Then click the upper left corner of the screen for the short test and let it run. It will notify you either Pass or Fail. This is from Seagate Corp. but will test all other drives, not just Seagate. If your drive passes as good, the chances are that your motherboard is failing/failed. Try swapping your cables as you stated, but I don't think that will help. If you have an extra hard drive you can swap it to test, but if it is empty you will need some kind of operating system installation disk to see if you can load an OS on it. If so, then the hard drive is bad. For more detailed and in-depth help, I hang out at www.suggest-a-fix.com computer help forum (free). Post in.

I have a T3500 Xeon Q core with 2.66MHz with some softwares the processor cres speed go up to 78 degrees Celcius and the fans run slow. Any solution to raise the fan speed

You need to access the motherboard's BIOS. This is usually done by pressing either Del or F2 on your keyboard when you hear the beep sound as it boots up. Be careful though because the wrong settings could cause your computer to malfunction. Or you could also google search for a solution. There might be a software that allows you to do that.
