Main Board for the copier that receive info from the Document feeder is causing that code. Is your machine DS version or none version? Could have the incorrect document feeder for that machine, or the small printed circuit board that come with document feeder is bad. Could try a different document feeder. Might also see if you can have tech come and re-flash the copiers firmware specially the document feeder and or the MFB Board (Multi Function board) is bad.

1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Reset key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly. If the code comes back replace the fuser unit (HOT PART) Do not continue to reset. Could start a fire that would ruin a perfectly good day! Once the fuser is replace may require to reset the it again

The motor that moves the LASER beam around is bad. The motor is housed inside the Printhead which is consider one unit. You can just replace the motor you replace the print head.

Code is assigned to MFB (Multi-Function board). To reset power off wait 10 seconds power on. If code returns then MFB board is bad. Might try updating firmware. Have tech do that as Konica Minolta Firmware is located on a secure website. They have to protect there OS's software.

Go on line purchase a new waste toner box and replace it you can also dry to vacuum the box out. but watch what you use as a vacuum clear as older ones don't have the best filter and toner can run strait though it making a mess

But the software that runs the copier, it is located at a secure web site at Konica Minolta, any firmware is access able to dealerships and KMBS only. They like to protect their copier Operating Systems.

Replace the image unit which includes the drum and developer and ensure clear drum and developer counters and you run the F8 procedure.
