How do I unprotect a memory card for the fujifilm
SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Reset Fujifilm finepix digital camera 5.1
There is a factory reset function in the menu. If you want to reset the frame count, ie, frame number full then you need to format your memory card, switch the frame count in the menu from "cont " to " renew " use the format function then take a pic. Review the pic and note the frame count in top right of screen(100 0001) frame count is reset. Switch back to " cont" in menu. Happy snapping.

Where can i get driver for fujifilm ax 280 to upload pictures to computer
You don't need a driver. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries. Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as
Picasa.

When i take a picture on my camera 'FUJIFILM'
Most probably a faulty memory card. Take it out and take a test photo without it, then see if you can see the preview of what photo you took that is now stored in the built-in internal memory of your camera. If that works, then you need to replace your memory card. If even that doesn't work then your camera needs servicing.

Camera won't download to pc
TRANSFERRING PHOTOS TO COMPUTERIf your photos are stored on the memory card, then removethe memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader.Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of yourworking computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device oran external storage device, you can then open the folder on the memory card andcopy the photos to your computer.
