It makes a noise as if its spinning but the drum

Hi,iI have just had the same fault, and as described elsewhere, the solution was to replace the motor brushes. I would say this took 1/2 - 3/4 hour to remove brushes and same to replace.
How:
1.DISCONNECTED ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
2. Disconnected water
3. Removed the 1 screw from back panel, removed panel to get access to remove belt.
4. Lay washer on it's side (2 people recommended)
5. From underneath machine, unscrewed 2 bolts on the motor (back of the machine)
6. Holding the motor so it did not fall and get damaged, carefully tapped end of motor to unmount it from holding pegs (slides towards back of machine)
7. Noted how the plastic cover fixed to motor, then snipped tie wrap holding it to motor.
8. Unplugged connector and earth connector.
9. Carefully removed connector on each brush.
10. AS THE BRUSH WAS SLOWLY WITHDRAWN, checked the orientation of the bevelled edge of the brush relative to the motor so the new one was fitted correctly (the end of the brush is angled so it sits flat against the motors commutator)
11. Replaced brushes and refitted in reverse order.

Take care

You have to get the switch replaced as the contact inside the switch is either worn out or loose.

Make sure you do not have machine connected to power supply while removing wires, also that wires do not come into contact with anything when disconnected. And dont remove Any earth wires

The suspension spring came undone and fell accross

That sounds like you have right idea. Call your service provider and give them your model and serial number of your washing machine and they can order you a new board. Unplug your washer and switch the board wire for wire.

Blue thing on the drum for tumbling the clothes

The part you are referring to is called the clothes or drum lifter.
The only solution is to replace it with a new one, they click into slots in the drum, and the locating lugs on yours have probably broken or twisted out of alignment.

Thankyou.

No power

The only way to be certain if you have actually got power at the washer, is by removing the top cover, and checking for voltage at the terminal block
If you have power, then could be faulty door lock, or you have not fitted the door handle correctly.
Hope this helps.

My door lock

Could be a weak or broken spring in the door handle.
Failing that, then it is likely to be a control board problem.

Noisy drum on even moving by hand

It is definately the main drum bearings that have failed
To be honest with you , if the washer is more than 4 or 5 years old, you would be wise to call it a day, and purchase a new one, as it is an expensive job to put right..Sorry to bring you doom and gloom.
Merry xmas

Drum not running

Seems like a broken belt - most dryers have a safety device that shots circuit off to the electric element/gas unit when the belt breaks and that is the reason why your dryer isn't heating up.

Good luck

It doesnt seem to be pumping the water out when it

Check the drain hose.

If you find nothing in there unplug the drain pump and check if the hose attached to the pump is clogged (unplug appliance first).

If that does not fix the problem, it can be a faulty pressure switch , a faulty drain pump, or a problem concerning timer board.
In that case consider calling a techician.
