need service manual to determine the fault code usually by counting the blinks normally the blink should pause to let you know the count the look at the symptom on manual.
This problem is often caused by the tape bunching up underneath the flap. Press down on the small release button on the side of the VCR machine and then lift up on the flap.
I would read the part number on the STR and using the gargler (google) get the data on it.
The service manual is the chassis number/type not the model number.

Hi...It sounds like the panel was damaged when it was removed or replaced, I don't think this is a timing board issue. I've had this happen as well in our shop, no real reason for it, on a few sets like this I located the issue to a COF but unfortunately that's not something we can replace as I don't have a million dollar machine to do it
It doesn't look like this remote was intended to control more than the TV On/Off , Input and Volume. The remote code list for the Sony RMT-B107A will be included in the manual for the Blu-ray player that the remote came with. Vizio is not listed in the code list. However, Vizio uses a number of OEMs to build their TVs. Those OEMs may use the same remote control hardware as other brands of TVs. Since the copyright date for this manual is 2010, the remote is unlikely to be fully compatible with TVs built after 2009. (Most universal remotes are trained with codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote is programmed.)

Error 6 means the line speed cannot run at the HD line speed required by the game.
Reduce the line/frame rate of the game and try again. If the PS4 won't play at a slower refresh rate, that is it, nothing can be done to the TV.
