I would go to menu and do a nozzle check, a power clean and head alignment, after you unplug the machine wait a few and then re-power.

If they do not perform try resetting the cartridges and if noting then it's due to a print head error. It needs to be replaced, send to repair.

Check inkcartridges.
You can snap off the cover plate carefully, under it you will see a plastic film that is heat welded to the housing. look for damages.
If it seems okay, take a small rubbertube that fits the small nozzle next to the ink outlet. blow into it gently.
if theres air coming out somewhere or the plastic film is broken:
Fix it with some strong tape or replace the cartridge.

Old ink loses some of its intensity after about 8 months.
heat/light seems to destroy some of the depth in the ink's shade. i would be completely replacing the cartridges with fresh ones. Constant cleaning uses up so much ink and the casettes will need replacing too often. This raises the cost of your prints.

hi,
this service message just warns you that the print head temperature is not normal. just give it some time to get to room temperature and then continue printing. if the problem persists, try troubleshooting the printer or test print to check the condition of the printer.

code 45 is lost connection:
so plug the USB cable to another USB-port on the printer and restart it with unplugging the electric cable behind. plug it in again and put the printer to "on"
- most probably then it will see the computer again
