Your memory stick is not compatible with your computer. Check what memory sticks are compatible on manufacturer web page.

I suspect a problem with the ram modules or the psu. Can't be certain though. What bios does it have? Beep codes are quite different for various bios versions.

Many potential reasons--unfortunately including motherboard DOA, mem DOA, CPU DOA. Sometimes, even a mere bum PCI-E I/O card will halt function completely, too! Removing such a card may restore nominal function. Is the heatsink installed correctly--with the correct amount of thermal paste? Is the fan connected to the motherboard fan connectors? Is the secondary power connector from the power supply connected? It's the power connector which fits a special motherboard socket of 4 or 8 pins--that's in addition to the main connector with 20- or 24-pins. (This is not a high-powered PCI-E video card dedicated-power connector!)
