Hi there Pete,

The NvCpl.dll is a NVIDIA Display Properties Extension, meaning it is a part of your video driver package. If it gives you an error on startup, this might probably got corrupted and would eventually affect your computer's performance real soon. See if you can update the NVIDIA drivers through:

Control Panel >>Display >> Settings >> Advanced.

You should see the NVIDIA tab and a button to update driver. If you dont have the driver, Nvidia's site and make sure you update to their latest. You can also tell me the exact model of your board or your videocard so that I could help you find the exact driver.

That is the latest bios and awflash utility to flash the bios.

Start by formating a floppy drive as bootable, copy the files to the floppy, and then reboot to the floppy.

Once you get their just run
awflash 68DF1P43.BIN
and it will flash it for you :)

buy a new coputer :0) Make sure all cables are secured into the harddrives and also check that the pins on the harddrives are set to master and slave. press firmly on the ram to make sure they are inserted properly sometimes they can unseat. clear your systems cmos by removing the pin and placing it from 1, 2 to 2,3 resest and place back to original 1,2 this should allow you to enter system bios. check and see if bios recognizes both harddrives if not remove one and check to make sure pins are set to master and restart. If this still does not work remove the pin entirely and retry , once again if does not work place pin on CS. If there is still a problem your cord could be bad if your cd/dvd rom is found disconnect and try that cord if this works you know your problem.
