I'm a pro laptop rebuilder. I use the site below quite often for manuals unavailable from the manufaturer. This link is to a page that lists all Fujitsu manuals they have available. Your exact model is not listed. However, I've found that one in number sequence directly before or just after the model# I'm needing will usually be so close as to do the job well. Well the hard drive on the laptop now is 40 GB. It is an ATA hard drive so you need to buy an ATA hard drive of xx gb. You choose the capacity, but considering the characteristics of your laptop it should be fine a 80 GB or 120 GB. (i mean the RAM is only 256MB and the data transfer will be slow).

This sounds like a virus that folows you from install to install, I would suggest the folowing

1) save all the data to an external source

2) do a secure wipe of the full hard drive in the system

you can download the .iso file and burn it to a cd with your favorite cd
burning software

3) re-install the operating system (again, sorry)

4) at this point do not copy anything over from your backup, first verify that the system is stable and doesnt delete dll files and blue-screening, if this is true, continue on, if not, either it is a *very* reselliant virus (possible, not likely though) or you have a hardware issue (i would start with trying a different hard drive, and moving on from there)

however if the system does seem stable, slowly move your old backed up data to your reinstalled operating system, only doing small chunks at a time and making sure it doesnt crash. if at some point it starts showing the symptoms again, it is likely that section of data that was most recently copied that is either corrupted or has a virus.

if all the data copies over and you maintain a stable system, then problem solved!

This model computer does not have a wireless function built in unfortunatly, this is why you cant turn it on

well thats a mechanical problem but if you can try to give it for reparing

FN+f2 or f1. Or, there is a wireless switch you may have bumped.

1.check first if you have installed the latest driver for sound card
2.then check if the speaker icon is not on mute
3.check also if the open volume mixer was set up

Well, there may be a number of reasons.
(You can try connecting a monitor to it & power on laptop. This will tell you if your LCD is faulty)
I think that it is related to your LCD. You need to take it apart & locate the inverter board. Then, re-solder the two sides of the coil found on it. Now you test if it's ok. If not, this may be caused by the CCFL lamp.

I am a little confussed so let me clarify. So when you power the system on is Windows shutting down on its own or are you closing the top down to use the computer in a docking station.
