Do you have the wireless switch turned on. Most times there is a wireless switch on either side of the laptop or on the front of it. Turn it on and when on it should show a blue light. Also there are a combination of keystrokes that can toggle the wireless on most laptops. Normally you would have to hit the FN (Function Key down at the bottom left portion of the keyboard) + the corresponding key (F1 thru F12) that controls the wireless. The correct key that controls the wireless will normally have the wireless icon )))) on it. Press and Hold the FN key then hit the F1 thru F12 key that controls the wireless. If you watch the screen usually it will say Wireless On or Wireless Off.

Usually the laptop just picks it up without any setup, but if it doesn't you may want to head to BIOS and run a Hardware Changes scan or something similar, depending on the version of your BIOS, or try to check the RAM by having the laptop to Count RAM.
Make sure that the new RAM you added is compatible with the system, otherwise it may not see it at all.

The Fujitsu AMLO Pro, by default doesnot have a blue tooth adapter . If you have ordered the blue-tooth card in the laptop when you ordered then you can switch it on using the wireless key button on the laptop. However if you have not ordered a blue tooth card with the laptop. You can purchase an external USB blue-tooth adapter.
The user manual for you laptop is on the link below for reference

Providing you havn't wiped the software for the keyboard, then hold down the "FN"key which down the bottom next to the windows key.
then press the fan key which should be one of the "F" keys along the top.
This aplies to all the keys with symbols on.
