Reset bios password laptops
Laptops are the same as Desktop computers. The BIOS password is usually retained by either a battery or capacitor. If it's a battery then you simply have to remove or unplug the battery. If it's a capacitor then it needs discharged, usually by connecting two pins together. You'll have to do some research on the motherboard that exists inside your specific notebook.
Please note that removing a BIOS password to access a computer that doesn't belong to you is illegal.

Plug in an external usb keyboard and check if it works.
If so, you will need to buy a replacement keyboard and swap it out, best cheap from Ebay.
Where is my print screen button
Often you find it at (or towards) the right top area. This is not possible to confirm without knowing what computer/keyboard/Operating System you use.
It may be abbreviated as "PRT SC" or similar and often is in connection with an Alt key. If you have a dedicated Numbers keypad it should be to the top of that.
For better answer please ask with more details.
