To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

Wow so you've spent a lot already. I'd buy a new tv dude. It sound to me like something else has failed on a power board and they just don't replace small parts anymore you need to spend the money to replace the boards usually unless you find an old school TV technician willing to do it. It could be a the power supply so before you try anything costly see if you have a similar power rated supply around the house and see if that is the problem. Good luck. + Google the issue and you may find it to be a simple answer.!

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
Why do I still have no picture on my set?

What can be the problem with a pcb # LJ41-08592A ysus board?
have you been able to obtain a circuit diagram for the TV. because you are looking for needle in a hay stack.
You say that there is no picture , But how far does the power go to .You need to know the correct voltage at points of the TV say if its working correctly. because they only have to be out by 0.1 Volt and the devices will stop or not work correctly. Same goes for the thightristors which alter with the temperature . This is why you have been advised to get a new board.
