For some strange reason the beep code you describe is not listed anywhere.
But, you can try this >>>>>
Get a can of compressed air and give short blasts through the air vents and the CPU fan (located under the laptop).
If you cannot get a can of air blow through the vents as hard as you can to get the dust out.
Take the battery out of the laptop, open the ram cover and take out the system memory, clean the contacts and slots with a soft, clean, dry paintbrush, put just one memory module back in the slot and plug the AC jack in (not the battery) and try to power up.

Touch screens rely on drivers. Re-install the drivers. If this does not work the screen probably needs to be replaced. The screen image does not reflect the state of the capacitance resistance touch function.

Hi you should put your graphic card to slot 0 pcie. Switch your on card on and uninstall drivers. Put your graphic in correct slot and power up your machine and check if is detected by system, then install driver for it. If successful restart and disable on board card.

You can order and replace the noisy fan. It is not difficult to do and requires minimum tools. Just be sure any dust or debris is removed from heat sink fins, power supply and air vents in the case. Check clearance and dimensions before purchasing the new fan. Just like Goldie locks you want it Just right. Not to big and not too small. If you blowing the Power supply out with compressed air. (always a dust magnet) Be sure to hold the power supply fan with a wooden dowel or anything to prevent blades from spinning. Be sure to do all this with the power off and unplugged. Compressed air can over rev the power supply fan and damage the bearings. (you'll have another noisy fan within a short time if you don't.) Good luck hope this helps!
