Resetting the bios password is very hit and miss. Usually the only way that might work is removing the cmos battery for a period of time (could be 1 minute to 24 hours) There are a lot of passwords on the internet but mostly they are a waste of time and can even damage your pc.You could always try contacting the manufacturer and asking them but I wouldn't hold my breath.

If the laptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

Look for a button in the 'F_' at the top of your keyboard. If there is a button that shows two screen like objects, press 'Fn' at the bottom of your keyboard and the 'F_' button that you think it may be, this may fix your problem, but if not then sounds like your screen is broke and you will need to pay to have it fixed!

Could be a virus or speakers may have went bad. Download superantispyware, malwarebytes both freeRun a full scan and see if your sound has come back.If it's hardware then you could possibly replace it but i wouldn't waste the money doing that.
