You should go to the BIOS. Make a note of the boot order. Set the first boot device to cdrom.
Once you see a prompt that says press
any key to contintue to boot to cd press the Enter Key Once
When you have a prompt that says welcome to windows press R to Repair
press F3 to quit and press Enter to create a fresh new copy
of windows.
Follow any prompts as required and when you have finished don't forget to change the BIOS boot order, back to as it was.
There you have it, a fresh operating system. All it may need now is the drivers installing and the software re installing.
