Hi there.Filter paper may be clogged causing the pump motor to trip-off after the filtration of the second fryer, better scrape off any filtered debris on paper afrte filtering. Also oil temperature must be at least 250F or above to lessen the load on pump motor as oil with low temperature is thicker than oil with high temperature.Regards.

Hello there: The problem you mention is not that clear. The pilot won't light or the pilot lighted but won't stay on is two different problems. If the pilot won't even light or no gas coming out off the pilot when you push down the pilot button it means the pilot orfice is blocked and what it need is cleaning the pilot orfice. If the pilot light is on but goes off when you release the button then the thermopile need to be changed. Hope this can help.

Our fryer after two uses does not turn on

Frymaster Dean... • Answered on Feb 18, 2010

If this is an electric fryer you may have a shorted element that will continue to heat when ever the fryer is turned on,even when it is not calling for heat. If it has 3 phase power, the elements could be wired wrong

Make sure that the pilot flame is making direct contact with the thermocouple. You may want to try to use a lighter to provide direct heat to the thermocouple and when you push the pilot reset button you should be able to feel it grab when releasing the button(it may take a minute or two). If the ASO still does not hold after applying direct heat to the thermocouple and you have good pilot/thermocouple impingment it could be the thermocouple. Usually fryers of this type use a standard thermocouple but some systems involve a pilot generator. If it is not the thermocouple it can then be a bad mag head(not very common) and will require a new gas control assembly from frymaster.
