You have two options, you can attempt to reset the password which varies by model or you may need to do a hard reset which is usually executed by holding the power button and using the stylus to tap on the button located on the bottom, a small pin should also work. If you can respond with the model number I'll see if I can find a better solution that doesn't involve a data wipe.

Unfortunately you can't. The Ultimate 8502 works with microSD cards, 2GB or smaller. It will not work with higher capacity microSDHC cards.

I am facing imei problem my handset is imate pdal

Registration should be through the carrier for that SIM. You could try this site that is specific to India, I'm in the US. Good luck.

Connect my imate jasjam to my new Toshiba

This was successfully acheived by opening Windows Mobile Device Center first from the Start Menu, then connecting the smart phone while the WMDC was still open. All the previous attempts I was expecting WMDC to open automatically when I connected the JasJam.
