Nothing will happen with those actions. You must get the firmware reinstalled. The firmware seems to have got corrupted somehow. The screens indicate towards this. So get the firmware reinstalled. it can happen to any phone that keeps getting data from here and there. Including the internet or the bluetooth. Contact the service center of your phone.

i have have one jama, touchscreen is not working.... the jama phone is not shock resist, it happen that my cell was lost on my hand and landing to the ground.
