do not use the decimal button when entering a figure

Are you using a decimal point to enter prices? Enter it as 250001

Remove the power board and see/smell for a burned up capacitor.

Verify that the new batteries are good and that the polarity was not reversed; if no problems check the user guide or contact the manufacturer.

Please see that you key is not twisted the turn it to off position then pull it out

Use 1 on all taxable and 0 on non-taxable buttons

Do an hourly reading. Use sub/total button on X

If its not a programming error, then your keyboard membrane or the connector to it is faulty. You will need a tech.

Go to system options and go to single transaction and set it to multiple

Turn your key to z and press plu button

Inset the MA key and turn it to 12:30 the back to reg position..good luck

Check you keyboard if there isn't any key that is stuck down

If its feeding paper but not printing, make sure that you are using the correct thermal paper and that there is no extra bits of paper stuck under the printing head. Otherwise it might need a replacement printing head. If its not feeding the paper at all, then make sure that the receipt is turned on.
