you may have to put in a password. if the bios screen is where you need to put in the password and you don't remember it you should be able to clear the password in the BIOS you would have to get to the main board to see if there is a jumper to reset it or you can remove the main battery and the BIOS battery and wait about 10 minutes for it to fully discharge to let the password clear itself out of the BIOS. If you don't remember putting a password on your system then you have to find out who did and get it from them.

you are having a conflict with one of the devices in the computer that you have installed. when did you start having this issue, what did you do before you installed to keyboard, is this a new motherboard or i do not think it could be IRQ issue but you have two devices that are trying to use the same IRQ address and that is complex and do make any since in this day and age of computers, you may want to try another keyboard or go to intel forum post the issue on there site and maybe they will have an idea what else is going on.
