No offence, but please work on your spelling and grammar.
Anyhoo, try double-clicking on the speaker icon on the right part of the taskbar (bar at the bottom with the windows logo).
Drag the slider all the way to the top. If that doesn't work or if it was already at the top, access the start menu and select:
"Control Panel" in the column on the right.
Then double-click Sound. Now select "Speakers" ad click:
"Set Default". Now click properties. Click the "Enhancement" tab. Make sure the all the boxes are <b>unchecked</b>.
Now click the "Levels" tab.
Slide <b>both</b> sliders all the way to the right.
Click "Apply".
Click "OK".
Click "OK" again.
Now try playing some sort of sound that you <b>know</b> works on your PC.
