Flash drives give notices like that when the files or system on them is corrupted. Put it in again, and select "fix problem" if that option shows up. If not, go to file explorer, find it and right click on it and click "format". (you will lose any files on it, but by this time probably anything on it will be useless anyhow.) If none of these work, you may need to buy a new one.

The computer see the Lexar as a external storage device.
Just click on My Computer and you will see the Lexar as a E drive or some other drive letter. Double click on this to open the drive. You can create folders on this drive and copy and paste files to this drive or to the folders just like copying and deleting files on the C drive.

The combination of the username and password you've typed was incorrect, thus you were denied access to the FTP site. It could also mean a misconfiguration in IIS: You've allowed only anonymous access for FTP, but denied anonymous access for all IIS services. Verify that the username and password you used is correct or check if anonymous access is allowed by leaving the username and password options blank.

I have the same mouse. What you have to do is first power off the mouse, then push on the green-lit button on the transmitter that you plug into your USB. (It doesn't feel too much like a button but you will see that it starts flashing.) Hold it down for about 15 seconds. Then power on your mouse and you will see that it should start working. I was frustrated too but got mine working.

Very risky. Only do it if you really need to. Most people just think it is a little update to the OS, but it is much more than that. It controls what happens before the operating system loads as soon as the computer switches on, "Hello, do we have a hard drive here, do we have memory, is there a video card here somewhere, is the fan working, can all you components talk to each other"? Then is says "okay, lets see if we can find the operating system and load it in the right order"? If the BIOS Update fails, none of that happens and you have a dead computer. I have only done it once in 30 years of computing, including building my own computers.
