My Panasonic dmc-f3 battery falls out of case ,clip does not hold it in

You are not putting it in correctly. In one way it will only go partially into place and will not allow you to close the battery door. turn it around and it will lock into place. Look in the hole for the contacts and make sure the battery contacts are in the same alignment.

Using DMC ZS100 Lumix. Can the white balance be adjusted while in the "P" mode? Seems like its only available in the "C" mode.

There are exceptions to this. For example, adjusting the White Balance is not available in the 4K Photo mode. See page 197 of the Advanced User Manual: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/camera/om/dmc-zs60_adv_en_om.pdf . I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

Shutter button won't work

Try setting the top dial to P, A, S or M and see if that helps. You should be pressing the fat silver button that is inside the zoom control ring on top of the camera. If it still won't work, can't help but think this is something confounding but simple and if that is the case, ask for help in any camera store. Tell them you can't shoot a still photo and see if they can't figure it out. It is awful trying to shoot with equipment that won't work right. Hope you have figured this out long before now.

Why won't my Panasonic Lumix DMC FZ-200 shoot video? "Writing to SD Card" icon flashes while record button is going, but no footage is recorded.

Sounds like a faulty circuit board. if it's an old camera it will not be cost affective the send it in for fixing.

What can I do to access certain items in my Record menu of my Panasonic Lumix DMC F300?

Some of these functions are not available when other options are set on the camera. HDR and handheld night mode aren't available if you are saving the images with the Quality set to RAW or either RAW + JPEG option. It doesn't work with still pictures when in movie mode. HDR is also not compatible with the Time Lapse Shot or Auto Shoot in Stop-Motion Mode. I'm not sure if there are similar limits with the Panoramic shot mode. See the advanced manuals available on the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ300 product page, http://shop.panasonic.com/cameras-and-camcorders/cameras/lumix-point-and-shoot-cameras/DMC-FZ300K.html , for these restrictions. The direct link to the manual is currently ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/camera/om/dmc-fz300_en_adv_om.pdf . Page 78 covers the Handheld Night Shot and page 126 covers the HDR mode. Look in the box with the blue background for these limits. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

I hope that there are options for this.

You might try saving your psd file somewhere else, and try deleting it.

Panasonic DMC-ZS5 How to download pictures? Equipment needed ?

If you want to use a computer to read the internal memory or the SD card in the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS5, you will need the correct USB cable, which is an 8-pin micro USB (M) to USB A cable, . (One example: https://www.amazon.com/dCables-Panasonic-Lumix-DMC-ZS5-Cable/dp/B00448MAWK ) Then ensure that the camera is fully charged or is getting additional power (AC adapter or DC coupler). After connecting the camera to the computer, you should be able to transfer files from File Explorer (Windows) or the Desktop (Mac). This may depend on your OS, see page 140 of the Advanced Features Manual for the supported OS versions. (Check Windows compatibility for later Windows version compatibility.) With Windows XP, Vista or 7, you can also use the PhotoFunStudio that came on the CD with the camera. There is an update to the software here: http://av.jpn.support.panasonic.com/support/global/cs/soft/download/pfs50.html . See the manual for using the PhotoFunStudio software. The direct link to the Advanced Feature manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/camera/om/dmc-zs7_adv_en_om.pdf . I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

I have just purchased a new Panasonic LUMIX FZ80 and when setting it I touched Chinese as the language and I need English. Can someone please help.

Find the manual online and look up how to change language. The placement of options in the menus will be the same just in Chinese. Count down the menu items to choose the correct option. Alternatively use Google translate to change English to Chinese and find the right option. Lastly you could do a factory reset and hopefully that will give you the option to change language after reset. Good luck.

My Panasonic Lumix TZ80 has an aperture of F2.8 but when I shoot, the smallest I get is 4.4! Howcome?

What focal length (zoom?)-as you zoom, apature changes. You have to have lens at wide settings to get lowest f-stop readings.

How do I defeat the flash on a Panasonic DMC-TZ3?

In the Flash menu, there is an option for Forced Flash Off. Press the Flash button to the right of the Menu button. Then use the up down arrows to move to this option. (It's at the bottom of the list.) Then press Menu to set the option to the Flash Off. This is shown on page 36 of the manual for the DMC-TZ3. I found a copy of the manual here: http://panasonic.ae/en/manuals/DMC-TZ3.pdf . Your pictures may have exposure or blurring issues in this mode. The shutter will stay open longer to attempt to gather enough light. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

How can I transfer images from Panasonic lumix dmc-tz8 to air iPad?

You could be able to do that using the Lumix USB cable supplied with the camera and an OTG adapter on the iPad. Alternatively, if you use a micro SD card in adapter in the camera, you could load that into the external slot of your iPad.

HOW TO TRANSFER PICTURE FILES FROM A PANASONIC DMC-Z19 CAMERA

I guess you want to upload your pictures to a computer? Panasonic cameras come with a special USB cable that plugs into a receptacle that is covered by a flap on the side of the camera. If you don't have the right cable, you can remove the SD card and put it in a reader attached to the computer.
