A beeping sound normally indicates that the amplifier is low on battery. Normally, battery replacement will fix it.

To have it fixed, you may want to contat Polaris in Australia, they distribute Jabra headsets. They will be able to help you in terms of service. Also, in the warranty card, there should be an information on how to go about the warranty.

you must make sure you have your blue tooth device turn on to discovery mode most blue tooth devices you just hold the power button for 6 to 10 second when turning on the device,once it is in discovery mode your phone should find it,then you will need a 4 digit pn or pairng code,most blue tooth manufactures use a 4 digit code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111 or 9999 i hope this helps
