you have an internal recording device. It consists of a built-in webcam and microphone. to make a recording, use the cyberlink webcam program that's pre-installed on your laptop. you'll find it listed somewhere in the start / all programs list in windows 7. also, for sound recording only, the windows 7 audio recorder is located under start / all programs / accessories / sound recorder. select it and click the red record button. also, windows 7 has a feature or program called problem steps recorder. it records activity on your screen including mouse movement. i don't know if it records sound. to access it type psr in the search window and select psr in the search results, then click on start record.

If you've forgot your login you could try the guest account. The username is 'Guest' (without the quotes) and there is no password. If that doesn't work then you may need to use Kon-Boot.
