Unless the flash tube is cracked or broken there may be other reasons why the unit is not working. Try this- power up the unit and hold the back of it near you tear, If the ready light goes on, fire it- if you hear a slight clicking sound- the unit is working but the flash tube is either dead, broken or out of the circuit.
Unless you are experienced in electronics, the flash tube in you unit is NOT user changeable, soldering equipment skilsl are required to replace parts and even small units can harbor lethal voltages that can cause serious injury or even death- even after the unit is switched off.

Where can I find out how to take apart a Sigma 150-600mm contemporary lens?
Taking it apart is not the problem - re-assembling it will be. Unless you have access to an optical laboratory, where laser instruments can measure the exact tolerances required, don't even think about it. You will be left with a pile of optical components, and a far higher repair bill than if you had just let the experts sort out the problem in the first place.
