When I pick up my phone line 6 lights up is there any way to have line 1 light up when I pick up the phone?

Phone is programmed as:
-Access to Pool A = Y
-Primed to = Pool A

When somebody dials 9 or picks up handset it will go to the Prime To noted above which is Pool A.
6 lines are in Pool A, you cannot change the order......it will always select the bottom line.
You need to change Prime Line to = None, then when a line is ringing it will answer the first line that rang.
If you know how to program its under Config/SetXXX/LineAccess/PrimeLine otherwise you need to call a tech/vendor in for this.

Can I change the ring tone for just one of the lines on my nortel norstar phone m7324?

If your phone system has 6.1 software or up then yes,the tech or vendor can program it for you. If you know how to program look under Config/Lines for Ring Type.

How do I include all phones on our network to ring when someone calls in on our Nortel T7316E? Currently only two lines out of six will ring.

If they are wired, ensure you are using the correct sockets with the bell wire connected.

Have Nortel system. When call comes into line three, it won't recognize any buttons pushed to go to extension. All other lines work fine

Do an inquiry to find out what is on the button 1st.

On hook
[FEAT] *0 and the button should show what it IS not what it should have been

We have one phone line. Can we conference with nortel 7316E?

You can conference people WITHIN the system. If you want to do it with 1 line and externally, you have to do that through your carrier like AT&T

I have a Nortel Networks M3904. I need to unlock voicemail because I can't remember my new password I set. We do not have the Admin phone to go to. Can you tell me what I need to do?

might be best if you reset password. go to your email web site and log in. email address fine, then look for small question forgotten password.

complete with your email address, if recorded with email website it will send you a link or offer to alter change password. if lucky then remember to save password to pc memory. you can then look up in settings passwords in fact try that first go to settings and general then passwords
if logged you should get code to open if you haven't altered try 0000 bevlucky will let you in then sift through other passwords to find your. then edit change AND REMEMBER. GOODLUCK.

We have a Nortel Networks phone system and when trying to transfer a call to voicemail it says "Inactive Feature". I can't seem to find anyone to help.

It must be switched in settings menu
