Hi Oscar, It sounds like your voice mail and your phone extension are either totally different from each other, or your voice mail isn`t licensed properly.

Hi Admin, This will come up when you have the call log feature on, and if someone calls you internally.. It's a real nuisance. You can dial Feature 812 to view the missed calls, or click the "Calls" button.
