Hello this could be a driver software problem.Visit intel here:http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detectAnd run the driver update utility.Download the driver if a new is found.And install it.You need to reboot, when you have installed the driverTry also to visit the mainboards homepage, for the latest drivers.Check also the screen cable for damage or loose connection.But ofcourse the screen could have a fault also.Test with another screen.Good luck

2. whether its ON or Not..
3. if it means check the power cable join with SMPS..
4. and also check the motherboard connection of SMPS...
5. If it okay means check power cable to the cabinet...
