you can go to the web site of board and downloard them to hard drive then install them ok jim at web site go to support ok

When computer freeze press tab button, and see if there is any reaction/ if yes there should be some information what is wrong. Disconnect hard drive and check if computer pass the blue screen with logo. I think that it will be hard drive. If there is any chance try to turn on pc from cd bootable linux, with disconnected hard drive

Hi, "Cannot copy file" Error occurs when the setup fails to read the data/ file from the CD/DVD. This could be due a corrupt, scratched or dirty CD or weak/ faulty CD/DVD Drive. Try to clean the CD with a CD Cleaner or mild glass cleaner using a soft lint-free cloth and remove and smudges etc. Better if you try another CD. To answer your questions, this an older model motherboard. It is built off of the older Intel 865 chipset. 800mhz Front side bus for Intel 775 Core, Core Duo, and Core 2 Duo processors.

plz check your OS i think your os (xp,win 7)is corrupted please reinstall your OS.

check under onboard chip. but if you motherboard doesn't have sound device most likely there is no option on it, if you plug a soundcard into your motherboard it will detect itself as your windows starts. there install the driver.
