Not sure off hand. You can find it by opening up command prompt on your computer.

• For xp, click start, then run on the right, in the run window type: cmd
  
• click ok
• for vista or windows 7, click start, programs or all programs, accessories, command prompt
• this will bring up you dos screen
• type: ipconfig
  
• hit enter (you can only type in one place)
• This will bring up your ip configuration
• Find default gateway in this list
• This is the default manufacture ip address to access the router.
• Your router must be connected to find this,
  
• wired ip is under ethernet adapter
• connected wireless is under wireless adapter subheading

First RESET your router to defaults.
for that press RESET button for 10 seconds RESET button is in back side of router.
Then connect your router to computer with ethernet cable.
Then you can access it with following link.

or
http://192.168.0.1
type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or blank or "password"
Then you can see configuration page of router.
Set WAN settings as your internet service provider settings.
Enable DHCP .
CLick on wireless and enable wi fi.
If you want secure router then enable WEP security then add new code it is your password key for connect wi fi.

well your asking a lot out of this. you need the software that came with it it tells you how to run it and ect... if you lost it look it up online for the software.

Have you considered contacting Alvarion directly? If this is a revenue producing venture I would be contacting them. It could be the box itself, bad antenna connections, or simply a firmware issue.
