You could try downloading the driver program from Canon. Type "canon imageclass d320 driver" then install the program from your download area, or buy or borrow an external disc drive

Try going into scanner properties in Control Panel and lower the RESOLUTION to 100 X 100 dpi

Try downloading and installing new drivers. You should checkout the machines timeout settings. See if there is a way to set the machine to default settings. Is the machine showing any signs of excessive heat? Is the machine getting time to reset before next scan is sent? The scanners memory may not be clearing to allow room for the new job and just halts. Try a fresh install of the scanner with the newest drivers. Good Luck, Tim
