well for the service manual you are not able to get it only for the APC engineer to have it.. if you are talkin abt the user manaul you can try google to search it much easy to find... you can check if the led control panel the connetion to the mainboard it may be shorted it mean the cable harness may be explose or loose it... if not try to replace one led board... see if its work??
