Lexmark C910 Paper Jam
Could just be feed rollers are not picking paper properly. If they are dirty or dried out.....paper isn't getting to the input sensor in the correct time. Try cleaning with at least 70% Isopropyl Alcohol. Other thing to check for is...make sure there is not a tiny piece of paper stuck in paper path that is blocking the page coming out of the tray. If a previous jam was removed.....a piece may have ripped off and is hidden somewhere.
We have a lexmark C910.
This type of issue has nothing to do with the printer but with paper.
The laser printing process heats paper to high temperatures of 165°C (329°F). Use only
papers that are able to withstand these temperatures without discoloring, bleeding, or
releasing hazardous emissions. Check with the manufacturer or vendor to determine whether
the paper you've chosen is acceptable for laser printers.
Choose papers that absorb ink, but do not bleed.
• Avoid papers with rough or heavily textured surfaces.
Use papers printed with heat-resistant inks designed for use in xerographic copiers. The ink
must withstand temperatures of 165°C (329°F) without melting or releasing hazardous
emissions. Use inks that are not affected by the resin in the toner. Inks that are oxidation-set
or oil-based should meet these requirements. Latex inks might not meet these requirements.
If you are in doubt, contact your paper supplier.

Yes you understand, it is problem Toner chip.When finished your toner then it chip has been disable.It is a technical policy.If you can refill it and again use.You must be reset the chip.Help www.chip resetter.com

How can I fix the missed OCR in Lexmark x3550 printer
Quite often the OCR portion is a third party software product and Lexmark cannot offer it as a download. Your best bet is to contact Lexmark customer support to see if they can help, but be advised they may want to charge for the disk.
