Lexmark T614 horizontal lines on right the left margins
This sounds like a cartridge problem if you have changed the cartridge and the problem persists I would say it is the positive charge roller inside the printer. If you open the cartridge door and remove the cartridge with the cartridge out starting closing the door and you will see this roller moving down from the top inside of the printer. do not touch this without a glove or lint free cloth. not hard job to change if you can get one in your area if not we have them available.

LEXMARK OPTRA T614 REMOVING FUSERS
If your fuser is actually getting hot, then it is likely the temp sensor. It looks like a mylar pad that should be rubbing (in direct contact) with the teflon roller (the hard grey one, not red rubber). The sensor could be bad, or, if it is not being held against the teflon roller, then the clip has broken. If the fuser does not heat at all, then you have either a bad low voltage power supply, a blown fuse, or burned out quartz lamp (goes through the center of the teflon roller).

How to fix error 929
A
929 Service Toner Sensor error indicates a problem with the
toner sensor, the front harness cable, or the developer drive. It could also
mean that the toner cartridge is defective.
- Take the cartridge out of the printer and locate the encoder wheel on the
right-hand side of the cartridge. The encoder wheel can be found on the right
side of the cartridge (usually over a bar code sticker). It is a thin, black,
plastic wheel with small rectangular notches cut into it. This wheel will
sometimes get stuck, but you can free it by turning it by hand.
- Try moving the wheel forwards and backwards a little. If it does not turn
correctly, you will receive a 929 Toner Sensor error on the
printer when you try to use the cartridge it is attached to. Note: The encoder wheel moves only a little bit
each way. It should not make a complete revolution. If it does, the wheel is
probably broken.
- Try to move it a little bit each way a couple of times to see if you can
free it up. Caution! DO NOT force
the wheel as you could break it.
- If the wheel on the toner cartridge is stuck, try another new toner
cartridge. ( If you do not have another new toner cartridge available, an old
toner cartridge or another cartridge from a working printer of the same model
will also suffice for this test.) Power the printer off and install the second
toner cartridge. Then power the printer back on. If another toner cartridge
clears up the 929 error, the printer is fine and the problem is
with the toner cartridge. If the error does not clear, there may be a problem
with the printer.
- If you narrow down the problem to the toner cartridge, call the point of
purchase and explain the situation to them. They may have a replacement policy.
If they cannot help you, call our Technical Support Center and we will see what
we can do to replace the cartridge that is causing the error. We will not be
able to reimburse the price of the cartridge, but we can offer you an exchange.
To do this, we may ask you to send in your cartridge first. Please note that we
cannot offer an exchange on a refilled or refurbished cartridge. For this, you
must go through the point of purchase.

80 scheduled maintenance will not print
There is a maintenance kit you need to get and install. Then you'll have to go into maintenance mode and reset the maintenance count. I don't remember the button sequence, but if there is a printere repair shop in your city, most likely one of their techs will tell you how to reset the count. But you really should install the kit first. It consists of feed rollers, charge and transfer rollers, and fuser. It's not difficult to install and the kit can be purchased with a refurbished fuser from many vendors at reasonable prices.
No power on
Unplug it from the power outlet and plug it into a wall power point. If no luck, you might have had a power surge and the power supply has broken. To replace it, remove the back plastic cover that leads the paper up, and unscrew the screw that holds the plastic cover on the power side. Open the toner door, remove toner and unscrew the screw that holds the plastic cover on the power side. Now you will be able to remove the plastic cover from the power supply. Next unwire the wire that leads to the fuser and unscrew the 2 screws from the fuser unit that go into power supply. After this you will be able to pull out the power supply and put in a new one doing all the above steps backwards.
Lexmark optra t610 invalid refill error change
The error may not be specifically a toner cartridge problem but may be due to a stuck cover open switch on the printer. Perhaps this article on Error: "Invalid Toner Cartridge" or "Invalid Refill" will be able to determine the root cause of the problem. Just click on this link:
http://bit.ly/dupj2m. Just make sure you are using a genuine Lexmark toner in the printer. If you need further assistance, you can also contact Lexmark technical support. Thanks.
