MY OPTRA SE 3455 IS
A 921error indicates that the fuser
unit failed to reach the standby temperature.
- If this is the first time you have seen the error, turn the printer off and
on. Leave the printer off for at. least 10 seconds before turning it back on.
This gives the printer's engine board a chance to reset.
- If this is an intermittent error, you may want to check how the printer is
plugged in, even if it has worked on this surge device for months. Make sure
the printer is plugged straight to the wall and not through a surge device or
power strip. Power strips and uninterrupted power supplies can cause a low
amperage problem in your printer which can trigger a false fuser error.
- If this does not help or if this error appears every time the printer is
powered on, you will probably need service on the machine.

No LCD display
if there is no lcd display then most probably the display has gone bad.you can definitele get it replaced from a local store or from the manufacturer if in warranty.the manufacturers also have some paid repair plans if you are out of warranty.you can contact the respective tech support and get help.
Lexmark quality
Do me a favor, please. Call the Lexmark office in Denmark. The quick exchange of printers is designed to use replacement printers that have been repaired and returned to the system as ETN (Equivalent to new).
However, you purchased a new printer and it has an out of box failure. You are entitled to a brand new replacement printer. The branch office should be able to help you out.
Please let me know if they do not.

PRINTER SHOWS NO PAPER IN DRAWER
There is a sensor that detects paper just after the paper tray. No matter what is the reason that paper doesn't reach the sensor your printer will indicate that there is "no paper".
You should check is something preventing transport system even to reach the level of paper. In the case of Lexmark E342 or E250 printers, for example, two wheels with black rubbers rotating around common axis are pushing the paper . When you pull out the paper tray the transport system with rollers can be seen from the bottom side of the printer. If the rollers are not laying on the surface of the paper they can not push it inside the printer.
If you are sure that it is not the case the next thing you should check is the rubbers mentioned above. They must be clean enough to have efficient traction with paper. You should take the rubbers off the wheels, wash them with water and soap, rinse them and thoroughly dry. Put them back and try.
