Open the top cover of the All-In-One. Remove both cartridges. Close the top cover.

Power off the All-In-One and remove the power supply brick from the back of the unit.

Reinsert the power supply brick into the back of the All-In-One and power the unit back on.

Power the AIO on, reinsert the black/photo cartridge, and close the top cover. Power the All-In-One off and then on again. Does the error message reappear?
Yes: Power the unit off and try step
5 with another black/photo cartridge. If the error persists with the new cartridge, proceed to

No: Continue to step
