Printing using an Apple Airport Wireless network

I am not familiar with apple - However Apple suggests resetting the printer system in the link below https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203159 Also driver may need updating which can be downloaded from brothers web site. Other possibility I thought of is the port being used may not match the port that printing uses. port 515 TCP could be being blocked by a firewall of some kind or is not set up correctly. https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT202944

My airport express is showing

In order for your airport express to work, you have to wait for a green light to appear. I had this problem as well and what I learned was to unplug the airport express for 30 min, reconnect it, and the green light should show after a few minutes of it blinking orange, and you are good to go.

My airport express is not broadcasting

Try resetting your airport express device, there are instructions on how to do so here:
http://www.macworld.com/article/36834/2004/08/000282.html

I would try the soft reset, hard reset, and then as a last case the factory restore reset.
Your airport express will start working again!

I use a time capsule

Plug them directly into the Macbook Pro using an ethernet cable and set them up as extended networks using the Airport Utility.
Wait until you get a green light, and you should be all set!

Vista doesn't allow me to join a new network

Apple people don't know anything about how windows products work. You have to contact microsoft. There might be some conflictions with microsoft not being able to use that particular product. Vista also has a "Wonderful" new feature that makes it not be able to recognize any other computers on the internet unless they either have vista or download an update. This may have something to do with it.
